En position pétrin, faire couler doucement l’eau par l’orifice du couvercle, petit à petit en surveillant.
La boule de pâte se forme rapidement, c’est prêt !

Almond paste :
Also done with Bob: it takes the same weight of almond powder as icing sugar and just a little water,
- 120 g of almond powder
- 120 g icing sugar
- 20 g of water
Put the two powders in the bowl and mix 10 sec to vit 9, fold down the preparation.
In a kneaded position, gently pour the water through the lid opening, little by little while watching.
The ball of dough is formed quickly, it is ready!
