1 vanilla pod
400 grams Brown sugar
Put 1000 grams of peeled mangoes, pitted in small pieces, 1 lemon juice, 1 vanilla bean split in half and 400 grams of brown sugar in the Thermo.
Reserve in the fridge for 12 h 00 min.
Remove the vanilla pod.
Mix 15 sec / speed 3.5 and cook 20 min / Varoma // speed 1 with the cooking basket instead of the measuring cup on the bowl lid to prevent splashing.
Pour immediately into jars of jams previously cleaned.
Close the jars tightly and return until completely cool.
