Put 1000 grams of clementines on your worktop.

Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 700 grams of special jam sugar in Robert's. Mix 10 sec / speed 6. Then scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula and cook 15 min / Varoma / speed 1 with the cooking basket instead of the measuring cup on the bowl lid to prevent splashing.
Transfer the contents of Robert into a jar of jam.
Close the jars and return them until completely cool to flush the air out of the lid. This will prevent the development of bacteria.
