300 grams Sugar powder
Place 350 grams of peeled kiwi cut into quarters and 200 grams of peeled bananas cut into slices in the Thermo. Mix 3 sec / speed 5. Then scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula.
Add 1 lemon juice with its pulp, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and 300 grams of powdered sugar in the Thermo. Cook 30 min / Varoma // with the cooking basket instead of the measuring cup on the lid of the bowl to avoid splashing.
When the jam is taken, fill the jars and seal them tightly.
Return them until total cooling.
