Préparation

Préchauffer le four à 150°C. Mettre tous les ingrédients dans le bol . Pétrir 4 minutes . La pâte doit se détacher facilement. Si collante, ajouter de la farine, si trop sèche, rajouter un peu d’eau.
Étaler la pâte sur un plan de travail fariné.
Découper la pâte A l’aide d’emporte pièces .
Déposer les biscuits sur une plaque recouvert de papier cuisson .
Enfourner 15 minutes. Laisser refroidir. Se conserve 1 mois au frais.
